Your responsibilities

  • Personnel management of up to 20 employees in an agile organization (Switzerland and nearshore)

  • Financial planning and controlling of the team

  • Capacity planning and deviation management

  • Process management and process alignment with related process owners

  • Definition of objectives and introduction of measures to achieve them

  • Communicating agile values throughout the organization

  • Employee development and coaching for developers, testers, supporters, and architects

  • Coaching of development teams

  • Recruitment of specialists at all levels

  • Management of special projects


Your qualifications

  • Higher university degree or similar preferably with IT/Software/Technical background

  • People management experience in an agile organization for at least 3 to 5 years

  • Experience in employee coaching, employee development and employee support

  • Experience with agile procedures and methods

  • Experience with large IT systems, modern cloud environments, and specific topics of platforms and backend systems

  • Proven ability to promote and achieve system quality

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, oral and written

  • Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational, follow-up, time management and administration skills

  • Customer-focused and service-based thinking

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

  • Willingness to travel
